This makes 2 loaves of pepperoni delicousness. Each will serve about 3 adults. Unroll each can of dough to a large rectangle on different cookie sheets. Brush each with beaten egg white. Sprinkle spices evenly (1 t dry mustard, 1/2 t garlic salt, 1/4 t pepper, 4 t italian herb seasoning), then cheese, then pepperoni. Roll loaves up, lengthwise. Pinch ends. Place seam side down. Brush egg white on top of each. Bake 30 minutes@ 350. Slice and serve with warmed spaghetti sauce for dipping. Prepare the salad by chopping the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Then combine with croutons, parmesan, and dressing to taste.
