Combine garlic, soy sauce, honey and ginger. Stir 2 teaspoons of mix into mayonnaise and set aside for buns. Combine ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup soy sauce mixture. Press beef mixture into 4 to 6 patties. Grill or pan fry on medium high 4 to 5 minutes per side until no pink remains. Heat buns and spread with mayonnaise mixture. Crush ramen noodles and place in bottom of a bowl. Top with slaw mix then almonds. Heat oil and vinegar on medium and stir until sugar is melted. Stir in noodle seasoning pack. Pour warm dressing over slaw, toss and serve. Serve with chips.
