INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 15 oz can mixed vegetables (with potatoes), drained
  • 1 12.5 oz can chicken, drained
  • 1 jar Ragu Cheesy Alfredo
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:

Put one of the pie crusts in a pie plate. Mix all of the other ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into the pie crust. Lay the remaining pie crust over the pot pie. Crimp the edges and cut off the excess crust. Cut slits in the pot pie for ventilation. Bake for at least 1 hour. (It works well for me at 1 hour 15 minutes.)
