Mix meat, dry soup mix. milk and breadcrumbs and form into 6 patties. Cook patties in large skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Mix bouillon water, cream of mushroom soup and pour over patties. Add mushrooms, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Pan fry hash brown potatoes as package directs. Serve with steamed cauliflower. Season to taste.
