Ingredients
4 large boneless chicken breasts, cleaned and sliced into cutlets

1 1/2 cups flour

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 tablespoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons thyme

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoons red pepper flakes

steamed white rice

broccoli

Instructions
Combined flour, salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, thyme, paprika, and chili powder together until evenly blended. Beat your eggs in a bowl and set next to plate of flour mixture. Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, then the egg, then back into the flour for one more final coat. Heat your vegetable oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook cutlets in batches, in order not to crowd your pan, for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain any excess oil. To a another skillet, add your olive oil and garlic and cook for 30 seconds on medium heat. Add in your honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring anytime foam starts to form. Dip each cutlet into the sauce being sure to coat on both sides. Serve with a side of veggies and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey

½ cup chopped onion

15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup sour cream

6 oz can black olives, drained and sliced

1 tomato, chopped

11 oz bag tortilla chips

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook meat and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in beans. Place chips on a large, foiled-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Distribute meat mixture and cheese evenly over chips. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Divide evenly onto individual serving plates. Top with desired amounts of lettuce, sour cream, olives, and tomatoes

Ingredients
8 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles

1 jar (24 oz.) of spaghetti sauce

1 (8oz.) container of light sour cream

2-3 cups of mozzarella cheese (more or less depending on taste)

1 pkg of pepperoni (youll use about -1/2 of it)

1 bag of caeser salad

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. If you havent already cooked your pasta, do that now. Once its cooked and drained, put it in a 9X13 glass casserole dish. In a bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce and the sour cream. If you are wanting this to be 5 ingredients or less, stop here. But if you want to add some garlic, onion, spices & seasonings add to the spaghetti sauce/sour cream combo now. We also add about cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix the sauce into the noodles in the dish. Cover with half the Mozzarella cheese you are planning to use. (we use a LOT of cheese) Layer the entire top of the casserole with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle the remaining cheese across the top. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. For Freezing: If you make this to freeze, prepare as directed but DO NOT put in the oven. Cover and freeze. When ready to bake, remove from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes uncovered. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

1 lb italian sausage

4-6 russet potatoes

1 onion, chopped

1/4 c bacon, chopped (optional)

2 T minced garlic

32 oz chicken broth

1 c kale, chopped

1 c heavy whipping cream

2 T flour

water

garlic bread

Instructions
Brown sausage links in skillet. Cut links in half lengthwise, then cut slices. Place sausage, chicken broth, garlic, potatoes, and onion in slow cooker. Add just enough water to cover the vegetables and meat. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours until potatoes are soft. 30 minutes before serving: Mix flour into cream removing lumps. Add cream and kale to the crockpot. Stir. Cook on high 30 minutes or until broth thickens slightly. Add salt, pepper as needed. Prepare garlic bread.

1 cup water

1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Instructions
Heat oven to 375F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish). Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange 1/2 of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.

1 fresh lemon, squeezed

3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
Melt butter in small saucepan with the lemon juice and spices. Pour over chicken breast in a greased 9X13 pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is done, or brown under broiler if desired. Serve over noodles or linguini. To cook pasta, bring a pot of water to boil, and boil pasta according to package directions, minus 1-2 minutes to prevent mushiness. You can also serve with grated cheese. Prepare salad and bread according to package directions.

2/3 cup sour cream

2 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder

Kosher salt to taste

1 lb shrimp (I used peeled, de-veined shrimp)

3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder

2 teaspoon kosher salt

4 teaspoons vegetable oil

12 flour tortillas

finely shredded cabbage

avocado

lime

pico de gaillo

Instructions
For the Chipotle Lime Creama: In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream, lime juice and chipotle chili powder. Season to taste with kosher salt. Refrigerate until ready to use. For the Shrimp: Rub the shrimp with the spice mixture and let marinate for 30 minutes. Add the vegetable oil to a large non-stick pan and bring it to medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until just opaque, about 3 minutes. Heat the tortillas and add the shrimp, shredded cabbage and avocado. Squeeze the fresh lime over the top and serve with the pico de gaillo and Chipotle Lime Creama. NOTE: You can omit the Chipotle Lime Creama and just use sour cream or ranch dressing.

8 chicken thighs with bone

Instructions
1. Start rice in a cooker. 2. Finely shred peel from lemon and juice lemon. In bowl combine the lemon peel, ginger and salt. In another bowl combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and 2 Tbsp. water. 3. Rub lemon peel mixture under the skin of the chicken thighs. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Place chicken, skin side down, in the hot oil. Cook 7 minutes or until well-browned; turn chicken and add lemon juice mixture. Reduce heat; cover and cook 14 to 18 minutes longer or until done (180 degrees F.). 4. While chicken is cooking, prep the green beans and cook them when it's time. 5. Transfer chicken to plates. Skim fat from pan juices, if desired. Drizzle chicken with some of the pan juices. Top with green onion and serve with lemon wedges.

2 cups French Fried Onions, crushed

1 pkg frozen hash browns

1 pkg frozen corn

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dip each chicken breast in honey mustard then coat in crushed french fried onions. You can also place your chicken in a baking dish, use a silicone brush to coat with the honey mustard, then cover with french fried onions and press them onto the chicken. Place in a baking dish lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through. Cook hash browns and corn according to package directions.
